This ECG is from a 27yr old female who presents with a 10 day history of intermittent palpitations. She is normally fit and well with no known medical issues.

- QRS – Prolonged (110ms)
- QT – 380ms (QTc Bazette 400 ms)
- T inversion lead III
- Delta wave best seen leads II, III, V5-6

What happened ?
The patient had a normal echo and was referred for electrophysiology review and follow-up.
