This ECG is from an 81 yr old female who presented complaining of intermittent chest pain and dysponea. She has a history of T2DM, hypertension and asthma.

- Ventricular rate 48 bpm
- Atrial rate 94 bpm
- PR – Normal when associated with QRS
- QRS – Prolonged (130ms)
- Voltage criteria LVH aVL >11m
What happened ?
The patient was admitted and underwent an uneventful PPM insertion.
